 Founded in 2022, Haydn Fine Recruitment was created as a boutique agency with a focus on helping law firm Partners with a portable book of business find the best firm for their needs, while also supporting top firms in growing and bringing in high-quality Partners. I started this business because I wanted to run an agency where I could closely monitor the quality of service, ensure we operated with discretion and trust, and take the time to truly care for the people we work with. Our goal is to provide a more tailored and personalized experience that larger agencies can’t always deliver.
